Account Deletion

If a Morgo Studio app allows you to create an account, you can request deletion of that account and the personal data associated with it from inside the app or by using this page.
How to Request Deletion
- Email oruntakmuratcan@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the app name, the email address or account identifier connected to the account, and your country or region.
- We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account before deletion is completed.
What Will Be Deleted
When your request is verified, we delete the app account and personal data associated with that account, such as profile details, saved preferences, and account-linked app data.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or abuse prevention. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes and is deleted when no longer needed.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification or legal review is needed, we will let you know.
Apps Without Accounts
If a Morgo Studio app does not offer account creation, there may be no app account to delete. You can still contact us to ask about any support records or other personal information connected to your email address.
